They say nothing Fat Free ever tastes good! and why should it since they took everything that does out of it! and while we suffer with tasteless delights...
i've found my tasti D-lite very tasteful and better yet i can sleep better at night :p
so u ask me how i keep my weight off!? a part from a bit of exercise and eating 3 proper meals a day while remembering not to eat after 8!
