Here's an idea for Winter footwear, Toe Booties!!! Personally I think there Great for Winter in the Middle East especially if your living in Dubai where the weather is still Warm... The open toe can be our ACs...
If I could choose one I'd go for the McQueen open toe pair, as did Beyonce...
