Men wearing Skirts, is it just Marc Jacobs who can pull it off or Fabulous Fashionable Men. Is it only for the Scots?? It takes a man with full blown confidence to wear it and designers who arent afraid to express themselves as Marc Jacobs, Jean Paul Gaultier ... I can think of some men who'd wear it...
